Practical information for invited speakers and the members of the organizing committee

On September 15, the registration will be at the University Hall (Naamsestraat 22, B-3000 Leuven), which lies in the heart of the City of Leuven, within short walking distance from the Town Hall.

Thursday, September 16 and Friday, September 17, registration will be possible at the conference venue Provinciehuis (Provincieplein 1, B-3010 Leuven), which is located within walking distance from the railway station.

On arrival, please register at the special desk for "Invited Speakers and Organizing Committee".  Here you will receive your filled congress bag with badge, program book and all the necessary vouchers.

For your presentation it is important that your lecture is handed in at least one session ahead of your talk.  This is of course possible by a usb stick or external disk.  A laptop (both PC and Mac) will be available to upload your presentation.  You can also bring your own computer, especially in case you have movies in your presentation.  A personal steward, who will be assigned to you to help you during the conference, will contact you for this.  Further and last-minute details will be communicated upon registration/arrival.

A shuttle service between appropriate pick-up spots close to the hotels and the conference venue (Provinciehuis) will be organised on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning.  More details and an optimized schedule will be available in due time via the conference website.

For questions or any other info you might need, do not  hesitate to contact .
